“After a the long journey from Florida, there was still a 4 hour drive by lorry through the night up to the Mount Kenya Game Ranch. Traveling with the antelopes, all the way from Florida, were their keepers Fran Lyan and Scotty Wade, animal specialist Kurt Giesler, Veterinarians Dr. Mark Davis and Dr. Elizabeth Wambwa of the KWS, and Dr. Paul Reillo of RSCF who had initiated the project, gathered the funds and much more.”
